Cancellations: we require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or broken with less than 24 hours notice or appointment made unusable by the patient’s late arrival (for whatever reason) a charge of £1 per minute will be payable. We will continue to provide your dental care even if you cancel multiple times, provided that the patient has paid the Broken/ Cancelled appointment charge/s. We understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary.
