**Cancellation Policy:**
Cancellations: we require 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or broken with less than 48 hours’ notice or appointment made unusable by the patient’s late arrival or unsettled charges (for whatever reason) a charge of £1 per minute is payable.
To sustain our services and cover our operational costs, we will implement the aforementioned charge. We are committed to keeping this fee as low as possible, and we assure you that we will continue to provide dental care following the settlement of this charge. We appreciate your understanding, as we recognise that cancellations may be necessary at times.
