Cancellations: we require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or broken with less than 24 hours notice or appointment made unusable by the patient’s late arrival (for whatever reason)  a charge of £1 per minute will be payable. We must apply this charge to cover our operating costs when an appointment has been broken and we have not been able to give your booked time to another patient. We will try our best to give your time to another case but that is not always possible at short notice cancellations or fail-to-attends. 

We will continue to provide your dental care even if you cancel multiple times, provided that the patient has paid the Broken/ Cancelled appointment charge/s. We understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary.
